Financial Seminar — October 10, 2026
A Financial Seminar will be held on October 10, 2026 at the Rossford Office from 11am–1pm. This seminar will discuss financial/retirement planning, Social Security benefits, and workers compensation. Representatives will be present from the DB & DC plans as well as real estate agents and loan officers. Please RSVP by October 7th by calling the hall at (419) 893-2317. This event is open to all millwrights, carpenters, and floorlayers in the CMRCC. Spouses are welcome to attend.
August General Membership Meeting
The next general membership meeting will be held on the third Tuesday of August at 7:30 PM at the Union Hall. All members are encouraged to attend. Important contract and benefit updates will be discussed.
Wage Rate Update — Effective August 1
New wage rates are in effect as of May 1, 2026. Please review the updated wage schedules posted on the Info page under Wages & Contracts. Contact your business representative with any questions.

Prevailing Wage Protections Upheld in Ohio
Ohio legislators voted to maintain prevailing wage protections on public construction projects. Local 351 members and leadership were active in advocating for this outcome. Thank you to all members who contacted their representatives.
JATC Apprenticeship Applications Now Open
The Northwest Ohio JATC is now accepting applications for the next apprenticeship class. Qualified applicants must be at least 17 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Visit the JATC website or call the Union Hall for details.
Summer Heat Safety Reminder
With summer temperatures rising, members are reminded to follow heat safety protocols on the job site. Stay hydrated, take scheduled breaks in the shade, and report any unsafe conditions to your steward or business representative immediately.
